Advance Booking
All bookings must be made in advance and confirmed by our team before the event date.
Guidelines Mandatory
Clients must download and read the usage guidelines before submitting a booking request.
Hall Conditions
Halls must be returned in their original condition. Damage may attract additional charges.
Catering & Setup
External catering is permitted. Setup and breakdown times must be agreed in advance.
AV & Technical Support
On-site AV technicians are available to assist with equipment setup and livestreaming.
